What qualifies for a return or refund?
We offer returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Items are missing from your order
- Your order is lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe
You have 60 days from delivery to contact us regarding any of these issues.
Return requirements
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

EU customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
